Oil Colour Tester Kit
Test your frying oil before filtering using this Oil Colour Tester Kit.
Made from perspex, 4 colour range tubes, comes with a dropper.
Simply take an oil sample and compare to colour reference samples from new to old oil.
Instructions for use:
Do not let dropper fall into oil.
Do not drip hot oil on skin.
- Place Oil Colour Tester Kit holder on a flat surface near the oil vat being tested
- Draw a hot sample of oil into the dropper and place into the dropper into the holder.
- Do not let dropper fall into the oil
- Do not drip hot oil on the skin
- Compare the sample to the corresponding tube when placed against a white background.
- If the oil sample exceeds the colour on the bottom right tube, replace the oil and clean the fryer.
- Rinse the dropper after each use with hot water only.
