Beta-Bake Non-Stick Baking Paper Roll
Premium two-sided silicon Beta-Bake Non-Stick baking paper roll, heat resistant up to 230°C.
High-quality Scandinavian made.
As the paper is coated, it can be used multiple times and it is unnecessary to grease the paper prior to use.
Suitable for:
- lining cake tins, baking trays, frying pans and sandwich makers.
- Use in a frying pan or air fryer and avoid using oil. Crumbed fish or veal can be crumbed at a low even temperature without sticking (care must be taken to ensure the heat doesn’t rise about the point where the paper starts to darken as it may then start to char)
- Used as an interleave with frozen foods
- Perfect for storing cheese and cold meats
- Roll out pastry and dough on this paper as the non stick surface makes handling easy
- Can be used to create pouches to cook roasts etc in a conventional oven so that all juices are retained and meat remains tender
- used in both conventional and microwaves oven.
